I have mentioned vaguely that I have kind of a big deal coming up soon. I did not want to tell any ONE person until I could tell you all together. I decided today that I was ready to tell you all my secret. But then....I decided to have this months contest instead. (lol)

Just kidding guys..well sort of. Here's the deal:
This months contest is Guess My Secret.

Just like before when we did the guess my favorite author. One clue per week for 4 weeks. (5 wks if noone guesses and I have to add a final but easier clue.)

You can guess once per week. Clues will be given out on Thursdays.


We need to first level the playing field. Here is the information I have given other members:

"On my last editing job I wrote a weekly article on School Reform. I have not done much writing since, just haven't felt like I wanted to. But, I do have a job coming up, and it's a big deal. I'm so excited."

So, that puts everyone on the same page. Naturally you all know part of my secret...a writing/editing job. But it's time to put your detective hats on and find out what makes my secret such a big deal.

MyRazzles is holding our first monthly contest.

Tomorrow MyRazzle will finish reviewing applicants for our Head Moderator position and begin interviewing Writers.

We are looking for writers at this time Only for the following topics:
  • Food-  Saving money in the grocery store, Making meals count, feeding a large family on a budget, Tips for getting more and spending less, and others related to this topic.
  • Crisis-  Dealing with drugs, alcohol and domestic abuse. Depression. How to handle a crisis situation, etc.
  • Money- Handling money in a bad economic society, ways to spend less, handling bill companies, how to lower utility bills, when you can't pay your utilities, handling job layoffs, etc.
  • Family- Staying united in hard times, Keeping family nights on a tight budget, Marriage- Keeping date night when you can't afford it, How to keep from fighting over money. Holidays, and how to honor them during recession, etc.
  • Education- Affording back to school, where to find help, free online home school supplies, etc.

Job:
Help management with content and design of website.



Head Moderator- -
Qualifications:
 Likable attitude. Proficient with web jargon. General understanding of forum basics. Adhere to managements moral standards in regards to posting regulations for forum users. Mature minded. Able to communicate well with members and myself. Must be fair, honest, dependable and responsible.
Benefits:
--A user rank badge entitled “Head Moderator”. You will be over all other moderators that we will take on later. You will be their boss, so to speak. You answer only to management.
--A custom user title of your choice.

--Monthly giveaways and contests only for MyRazzle volunteers.

Job:
Help with set up of forums.
  - Subjects & Formats, etc
  -Posting rules for forums
  -Keeping active & up to date
  -Keeping clean & safe
  -Promoting Forums
You must have plenty of time and skill to get these started. At least at first. This will basically be your baby, and you will be responsible for it.

Supervising other Moderators
 -Training new moderators
 -Supervising their Forums
 -Helping them will problems, as they will report to you first and foremost!
